Richard Julius leads OGC International and has delivered cross‑border market entry, cross-cultural consulting and tourism services that connect China with Africa and Europe.
His work spans training, trade facilitation and public–private partnerships that turn strategy into measurable results.

CAMTP is a neutral global platform enabling Meaningful Tourism between China and Africa—and with the world—through standards, data, accreditation, visa/ADS facilitation, a B2B Deal Room, training, campaigns and implementation support.
In the process of being established as a non‑profit association under Swiss law with its registered office in Schaffhausen and a professional Secretariat in Kathmandu, CAMTP aligns policy, commerce and impact so destinations, businesses and communities can participate confidently in the next era of China–Africa travel.
CAMTP operates as a platform for Meaningful Tourism. CAMTP supplies shared infrastructure, quality standards, data, and demand generation, while members deliver specialized services across the China ⇄ Africa ⇄ World tourism corridor. Every activity is aligned to Meaningful Tourism outcomes measured across six stakeholder groups, namely: Tourists, Host Communities, Employees, Companies, Governments and the Environment.
Our Core Value Proposition
For destinations & governments: lower cost of market entry to China/Africa; compliance and quality assurance; coordinated marketing and policy facilitation; measurable socio‑environmental impact.
For enterprises (members): curated access to bilateral and triangular demand, trusted partnerships, market intelligence, co‑creation toolkits, and a credibility boost through CAMTP accreditation.:
For tourists & communities: safer, more authentic products that create shared value for tourists, employees, companies, governments, communities, and the environment.
